  • Steve HarringtonCEO

    Steve Harrington is Chief Executive Officer of INEOS Styrolution. Previously he served as President Global Styrene Monomer and Asia-Pacific. During Harrington's 30-year career, he has held various commercial roles at INEOS, and previously worked for ICI and Unilever. He holds a degree in chemistry from Hull University in England and currently serves as chairman of the Styrene Information and Research Center.

  • Markus FieselerCFO

    Markus Fieseler is appointed Chief Financial Officer of INEOS Styrolution. Prior to his assignment, he served 25 years in finance, accounting and controlling in the chemical industry. Fieseler started at BASF in Internal Audit and Accounting with assignments in BASF Corporation USA and BASF Italy. He held various senior executive roles, including CFO of BASF Business Center CIS Russia and CFO of BASF Mexico and Central America and Caribbean. Between 2003 and 2011, he served as Vice President for the Styrenics division at BASF. Initially, he was in charge of the global controlling department. Later, he was a core member of the negotiation team for divesture of the Styrenics division. Fieseler holds a diploma degree from the University Gesamthochschule Paderborn, Germany, and Trent Polytechnic Nottingham, England.

  • Greg FordycePresident Americas

    Greg Fordyce is appointed President Americas. Prior to this role, Greg served as Vice President Supply Chain and Procurement for the Americas region. During his 32 years in the chemical and food ingredients industries, Greg held various regional and global roles in supply chain, procurement and operations for Albemarle, Nalco and Roquette. Fordyce holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Supply Chain Management from The Pennsylvania State University and an MBA from Averett University.

  • Rob BuntinxPresident Asia-Pacific

    Rob Buntinx is INEOS Styrolution's President Asia-Pacific. He also holds responsibility for the company's R&D, as well as its Global Automotive and Healthcare industry teams. Buntinx started his career in 1990 at DSM in the Netherlands, where he held various technical and marketing roles. After joining BASF in 1999, he filled a number of commercial management positions in the company's specialty polymers organization. In 2011, he joined INEOS Styrolution as Vice President Styrenic Specialties EMEA. He assumed the role of Senior Vice President Global Industry Management and R&D as well as President Europe, Middle East and Africa. Buntinx received a degree in chemical engineering from Hogeschool Zuyd in the Netherlands.

  • Alexander GlückPresident Europe, Middle East and Africa

    Dr. Alexander Glück is appointed President Europe, Middle East and Africa. He has a career in the chemical industry spanning over 20 years. After holding a position as Senior Manager Polystyrene Business Asia-Pacific, he assumed responsibility for product management of Terluran® and Luran® in Europe. From 2008 onwards, he served as Vice President Global Marketing and Innovation for the BASF Styrenics division. Prior to his current role, Glück served as INEOS Styrolution's Senior Vice President Global Strategy, R&D and Procurement as well as President Americas. Glück received his Ph.D. in chemistry from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität in Munich, Germany.

  • Pierre MinguetPresident Operations

    Pierre Minguet assumes the role of INEOS Styrolution's President of Operations and is responsible for the company's manufacturing and technology excellence programs globally. Prior to this role, he served as INEOS Styrolution's Senior Vice President Manufacturing EMEA. Minguet began his career in process engineering and manufacturing positions, first at Albemarle and later at Amoco. Following this, Minguet assumed various commercial and product management roles at BP Innovene. In 2005, he transitioned to INEOS where he was responsible for the polystyrene business in EMEA. When INEOS Styrolution was formed in 2011, Minguet became Vice President Polystyrene EMEA. Minguet holds a master's degree in chemical engineering from Faculté Polytechnique de Mons, Belgium.
